In September 2015, Andy, James & I went to North Wales for 1 week. This came about around a year previous; I was visiting Andy and his lovely wife Les, when I was asked if I wanted to go to the cottage in Wales again? I would like to say I jumped at the chance, but I had to say that at that moment in time I couldn't afford it, they said for me not to worry about it at this moment in time. I also had to run it past Susie, as we don't get too much time together as it is. Susie was OK for me to go, saying it would do me the world of good! This time it would be me Andy and a friend of Andy's, James. I had met James only a couple of times before. Andy and James are quite knowledgeable about photography, so I saw this as a way to learn new techniques.

So just over 10 years after my last Wales adventure, we were in Wales again. Unlike 10 years previous, we had not done any planning of what we wanted to do, or where we wanted to go, and none of us were as fit as we were back then!

We stayed at our normal cottage, on the outskirts of Llanfair PG (Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch). Unlike last time Andy didn't have to take his old computer with us, Andy and I had laptops instead (how times have changed). Because of this I was able to keep a more accurate diary.
