There recently was a programme on TV called Robson Green’s Great Weekend Escapes, this programme involves Robson meeting up with TV personalities, friends and family, and going to various parts of the Northeast, and showing the viewers places to visit off the beaten track. A couple of episodes covered Raby Castle and High Force respectively.

If not for this programme, I doubt I would have ever known about Raby Castle or High Force! So thank you Robson Green for bringing these wonderful places to my attention.
